Oh dear, just re-read yesterday's post - real woe-is-me stuff - pathetic! Sorry, hit a real slump yesterday.
Much better today - did the sets earlier in the day which def helped.
Still can't quite manage the V-sit but can report that I've done my first proper unassisted sit-up. Amazing! Think I mentioned in a previous post that I have never ever managed to crunch up unassisted in my life so today is nothing short of miraculous. 4 sets of 15 - feeling rather proud of myself :) Thanks PCP!
Feeling motivated again!

  1. I was going to write you an encouraging comment on your last post but it seems you have found your mojo again all on your own. Good for you!!

I just try to do the best I can as I figure that as long as I am doing something, that is better than my usual nothing. I make it like a bit of a challenge to myself to get through the skipping in a certain time - mainly as I am skipping while the baby is napping so if I can get through them before he wakes up then it is all good.

  2. Thanks Tracey! Every bit of encouragement helps.
Was just reading your latest post - gosh I feel rather ashamed for being so whiny - I don't even do half what you manage in a day - thanks for the kick in the behind :)

  3. Just read your post from yesterday and today and yes, I feel the same. There is that daily dread. And even though I feel good after the exercise, I do think to myself.. and tomorrow we get to do it all over again! Oh and whiny... at least you didn't sit down and cry! Seems like Saturday and Sunday were lows for quite a few of us.

  5. Oh Conny! Yes, it does feel very punishing every day, doesn't it?
I have come close to crying on quite a few occasions to be honest, particularly when I start the sets around the 10pm mark. Def to be done earlier, but I never learn! Btw, your results are showing fast - you're doing great!

Mini - welcome back! Hey, we have another 60 odd days so consider yourself lucky you had the wonderful Italian break! Wish I had that!

  7. I wasn't trying to show off or to make anybody feel bad by my post yesterday it was more about the amount of extra energy I have had since starting PCP.

Everybody has ups and downs. I was just trying to share an up moment.
